2) A very nice original twin mag pouch for the M1 Carbine. This is the version with loop to the rear and popper and can either be worn on the pistol belt or attached to the carbine stock. It is in near mint unissued condition with just a couple of very minor storage marks and very nicely marked and dated 1943. The closure lift the dot fitting works well but is very stiff as has never been used so when opening the metal fitting needs to be used to open it and not pulling the material. As it is stiff to open then pulling the material could damage it. A bit of Vaseline or similar to the stud would help. A Nice item in perfect condition
