80) Excellent Original WW2 British Army Issue Safety Lamp Tent Heater 1945. In excellent order just dusty from storage. Complete with its original screw on cover which still has its original factory label. The label shows it as "Lamps. Safety" so a simple light to see what you are doing in the dark. These gave off a decent amount of heat so as well as giving off light were also used to heat pup tents etc in cold weather. The base of the lamp dates it to 1945 (This pattern was in use throughout the war). The main lamp and wire safety cover is all excellent. It has been used but has clearly not seen much use. It shows surface loss to the original finish around the lamp wick but all in good order.
THIS HAS BEEN USED AND SMELLS OFV PARAFIN OR SIMILAR SO CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE UK
