68) Excellent Original Large WW2 British Army Officers Map Case Dated 1939. A very nice double sided large map case with zip opening. The covers are of rubberuised waterproof canvas and in good soft supple condition but do show age related dirt and stains. The inside of one cover is nicely maker marked and dated 1939. All poppers are in place and excellent. The internal clear covers are excellent and not brittle or damaged. The side zip works perfectly. The internal divide between the 2 sides is of thick grained leather and in very nice order. It has 2 D rings to the top to allow a strap to be fitted. It measures 13 1/2 inches X 9 3/4 inches.
