35) Original WW2 8th Army Personal Message From Monty Eve of Invasion Italy July 1943

35) An original eighth army “Personal Message From The Army Commander (B.L.Montgommery). this was produced in July 1943, To be read out to troops as opposed to being handed out so presumably they were produced in limited numbers? The letter was to be read out on the eve of the invasion of Italy, it relates to the victory in North Africa and the next task taking the war to Italy. It is in excellent order and 100% original, it has been folded several times. There are a couple of small age related marks but nothing serious (see photos).
