18) A good pair of British made officers high leg boots in excellent condition. The leather is excellent soft supple condition just dusty and dirty and could do with a good polish. They retain their original long metal tipped laces which are a rarity in themselves. They are a matched maker, size and date of 1944. (See photos). The inside soles look good. The stitching to the top edge which holds the soft inner lining to the outer has come away slightly in places but this does not affect the boot, their use or looks at all (see photos) . The buckles and straps are excellent.  The soles show wear from use but are in pretty nice condition. . They are a good size 9 M.
