A nice 100% original Civil defence breast title as worn during WW2 into the early 1950s, this one is for MONMOUTHSHIRE, in excellent condition but do show minor moth surface grazing which is not bad and does not stand out, some are uniform removed some are not. These area titles were worn under-neath the breast badge and were worn singular; they are the opposite way up to the shoulder titles.
