In excellent order with some minor wear to the edging where the paper edge has come away in places but nothing serious or that affects the map. It covers from the outskirts of North West London up to Peterborough, Oxford, Gloucester, Worcester, Birmingham, Coventry etc. it measures 33 inches X 25 1/2 inches
