WW2 British Army Officers Battle Dress Blouse & Trousers

A nice original WW2 Australian made battledress uniform to a captain in the RAOC, this is identical type and colour to the British uniforms but of better quality material and much sort after by officers during the war, both jacket and trousers came together and have always been together. The jacket is in excellent clean condition with no damage and is clearly dated 1942 it is a size 9 for a man of 5ft7 to 5ft8, chest 39-40, it is complete with its original captains pips and RAOC flash to each arm, the collar has been faced so that it can be worn open with collar and tie but it has not been cut or damaged in anyway so could easily be un-stitched and put back if wanted. The trousers are again Australian made and are in excellent clean condition with just a few very minor moth nips, they are the correct wartime pattern with map pocket to the front left leg and dressing pocket with no button which shows that they are early, all original wartime buttons are in place and excellent.
