An original and fairly unusual pair of fingerless gloves, the gloves are made of fairly course sacking cloth type material and have buckles and ties to the wrists, I have seen thes advertised as anti-gas gloves and also as gunners and ammunition handlers gloves so not totally sure which?? They are a matching pair and are still tied together from the factory so un-issued but do show some minor storage marks. The inside of each glove is maker marked and dated 1944.
