Unusual WW2 Era British & Commonwealth Issue Overhead Shirt

An unusual wartime pattern overhead shirt, this is the mid to late war type with 3 button front and fitted collar, it is of a far more refined soft cotton material to the British issue shirts and is of a more jungle green colour as opposed to the usual rough khaki shirts, possibly Australian or Canadian made? Or could be US War Aid? It is in excellent condition with no damage and complete with all original buttons which again do not look British made. The photos make it look a strange shape but it is the standard style.

measurements are shoulder to shoulder 16 ½  inches, shoulder to cuff 24 inches, armpit to armpit  24 inches, total length collar to hem 26 inches.
