A nice early WW2 reel & original antenna cable from the RAF type 33 dinghy radio, this part fixes to the front of the radio by means of a split pin and closes into a recess to the front of the radio when not in use, it is in excellent condition and complete with its original leather hand strap, split pin with leather strap stopping it from being lost, the inside reel has a fold out handle which locks in place and allows the cable to be reeled in or out, the cable is the original, in excellent condition and still has its spring clip attachment to the end to allow it to be attached to the kite. The reel is marked with the RAF stores code 10B/13050.
