An unopened WW2 US Army issue first aid Carlisle bandage in its original early production brass tin with instructions to lid, these were worn on the web and pistol belts in a small pouch and would have been issued and carried by every US serviceman. They are in excellent condition and show minor knocks and paint loss in places but are unopened and complete with all contents. I have opened one to show the contents of the case but the one that you will receive will be sealed and untouched.
