  An original wartime size 2 detachable collar for the RAF issue sidcot flying suit of WW2, this is the rarer type with a distinctive pattern to the wool, the item is in excellent condition and has obviously never been issued but has 1 very minor bare patch to one edge, it is just the top of one off the wool strips and really is barely noticeable. The button holes and elasticised loops to each ends are fine and like new.
