An original wartime Fire Guard sew on arm badge, this type was permanently affixed as opposed to the removable armbands, it is in excellent condition the front is of the usual cloth the rear has a waterproof rubberised coating so may be for a rain coat or similar?? It can clearly be seen where it was once stitched on.
