A nice original WW2 RAF issue brass reloading tool, not totally sure how this works but it was for reloading cloth & linked belts for aircraft guns. It is in excellent condition and nicely AM marked but dirty and un-cleaned, it is complete and working just missing its small wire loop to the handle which simply holds the grips together when not in use, this is simply a bit of thin metal bent in a u shape and easily replaced.
